Handmade Curry Hell.

Recently, I made curry by myself. I bought some ingredients in a supermarket nearby my home.

This is my first experience to make curry from ingredients.

I cut some ingredients including onions, potatoes, eggplants, pumpkins, and beef.

However, when I fried them, I realized that the ingredients were too much for just for me.

There was a pot full of ingredients, and it could not be held by my pot.

I changed my pot to a larger one and continued to cook curry.

When I started to cool this curry, I just intended to cool curry just for the supper or for the supper and lunch of the next day.

However, I ended up with making curry for ten portions.

Finally, the curry was ready.

That was so delicious, and I was so happy because my curry was far delicious than instant curries I had used to eat.

I blessed myself for I thought that I was a genius in cooking.

(It was just curry with a curry stock on the market)

Market Curry stocks are great because those make us feel like we are good at making curry.

However, it was a start of a “hell”.

The next morning, the breakfast was curry.

Lunch on the day was also curry.

Dinner on the day was also curry.

I had fallen into a curry hell.

The day after next, breakfast was curry.

on the same day, lunch was also curry.

I finally finished to eat all curry.

(I eat up that curry with 5 times, I seem to be eating curry for two each meal.)

What? You made curry too much and had to continue to eat curry every meal?

It a common story.

So many people love curry and so many people have made the same mistake as this in the human history, and I was not an exception.

I also made the same mistake.

But, it’s okay.

I do not need to be a special person.

Curry is also delicious for me and I will make same mistakes as others.

It’s okay, I will have both some special features and other various common features with other people.

It’s quite natural.

When I make curry next time, I will be careful on how much ingredients should I buy.
